Get to know

Caught in a world driven by performance, by rushing, by the need to “do big things,” she became a freelance TV producer - creating productions that others could only dream of, but after years of having great ‘succes’, everything stopped. The pandemic cleared her schedule and, with it, created space. Space to follow an intuition: linen.

She knew nothing about textiles, but she knew this: “I want to show where something comes from. How a tiny flaxseed grows into something meaningful. How awareness begins at the root.” And so, Narzuta was born - her own sustainable linen label with a story.

Just like linen is woven with time and patience, her journey as an entrepreneur unfolded organically. Guided by the same intuition, she later created her bread-baking course, her farm, her space for people to come and explore. Entrepreneurship, for her, was never a strategy. It became a way of living - a constant dance between creating and letting things emerge, between playfulness and intention.

She believes everything has a price - not in money, but in choices.“I gave up security. I jumped without a safety net. I asked myself: Can I really have this? Do I deserve this dream life?” Today, her answer is a full-hearted yes. “I deserve it. And you do too.”

Dreams aren’t naive - they’re necessary. Not to arrive somewhere, but to discover.

Her mission? To inspire. To connect. To show that you can make something out of nothing. That dreams aren't crazy, but the beginning of everything. Whether it’s a linen throw, a homemade loaf of bread, or an entirely new life - it all starts with a seed. And the choice to let it grow.

Some people dream. Others do: Alicja does.

Her story begins in a small village, the only one in the Netherlands born into a Polish family. From a young age, she grew up believing that entrepreneurship was hard, unstable. That wealth and abundance weren't meant for everyone. But somewhere deep down, she always knew: she would find her own way.

In that moment, she understood something that would stay with her: true connection isn’t in what you say, but in how you simply are. Yet, somewhere along the way, she lost that connection.

Nature was her first love. As a child, she felt deeply connected to animals, to the land, to the smallest wonders of life. It was her biggest dream to live on a farm one day. She will always remember this day in 2002 when her grandfather passed away, she came home from school and her mom opened the door in tears telling her the news. Alicja spent hours curled up in their dog Asi’s bed, seeking comfort in his warm fur. “There, with him, I found my deepest solace. No words, just presence.”
